Professional Experience:
Eric has over 25 years in business and personal finance experience including running business units for NYSE-listed retail, banking and manufacturing companies including Bush Industries, Inc., National City Bank, PNC Financial Services as well as being a Financial Advisor for UBS Financial Services, Inc., one of the largest investment and financial planning firms in the world. He also held various management positions in a small family retail business in New York and Pennsylvania. He previously held FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as New York State licenses for Life, Accident, Health, Property & Casualty insurances.
Education:
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College and both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Administration degree from Gannon University.

Why We Started Hern FC:
Eric has a passion for helping personal and business clients to add value to their lives through educating and working with them to improve their financial lifestyle behaviors and increase their financial education so they can reach their life goals. He believes he can make a more positive impact and difference in people's lives through Hern FC than working for other larger companies.
His experience working in and with small businesses allows him to assess your all aspects of your business operations and works with you to improve efficiences, revenue, income and cash flow. He also provides short, medium or long-term bookeeping services to help get you moving more quickly in the direction you want to go.
Most of us received limited education by school, friends or family about assessing and establishing our own life goals and how (through lifestyle behaviors and financial knowledge) to achieve them. Eric will coach you to understand your own financial situation and how to identify behaviors which you can modify or eliminate to strengthen your future as well as review and analyze your financial situation to make different choices with your hard-earned money. Eric helps to add value to your life and those around you and focus on the present and the future, and not allowing you to accept that “just getting by” and “treading water” is okay. He also provides short or long-term personal bookeeping services for clients who want that type of financial support.
